Our Philosophy
We classify New Listings—such as IPOs, Spin-offs, and M&As—as a distinct equity sector for a substantial period post-listing. Given the limited pre-public information, these New Listings often exhibit unique return patterns, including underpricing and short-term over-performance.
Our aim is to build portfolios that accurately track the performance of New Listings, reflecting economic growth and innovation, while minimizing turnover and structural risk.
The IPOX® Indexes offer a method for size, style, and sector allocation in global equities and are used as the basis for various financial products, including including Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Futures, Mutual Funds, Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) and Structured Products.
