CVC Capital Partners PLC (Ticker: CVC NA) is a private equity investment management and advisory firm based in Luxembourg with a global network of 29 local offices and €186 billion of assets under management. CVC Capital Partners will list on the Euronext Amsterdam exchange on April 26, 2024. This IPO is expected to raise approximately EUR 2.3 billion, equivalent to approximately USD 2.46 billion.

The offering is managed by a consortium of banks including ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd, Deutsche Bank AG, ING Bank NV, and Merrill Lynch International Ltd. The offer comprises 18 million primary shares and 96 million secondary shares, with an additional 14 million shares available through a greenshoe option.
