The IPO is managed by Emirates NBD PJSC, First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC, and HSBC Bank Middle East, with Citigroup Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. also rejoining as joint global coordinators and bookrunners. The offering was upsized by 12% due to strong demand, and IVC Strategic Investment Co has committed as a cornerstone investor with a USD 250 million investment.
