The company is selling 4.37 million primary shares, representing 12.3% of the enlarged share capital, at a fixed price of HK$152.10 each to raise HK$665 million (USD 86.45 million). The offering is managed by sponsor CICC.
Two cornerstone investors are contributing a total of USD 35.1 million: Wuhan Guangtong Gongying with USD 28.1 million and Jiangsu Jiangkong with USD 7 million.
